Charlotte NC, & Greenville, SC.-- World Of MLS Company, LLC (WOM), and Britiville, LLC (Britiville), on June 27th 2023 announced that World Of MLS Company, LLC had signed a definitive agreement to Purchase and acquire, Britiville, LLC.The acquisition includes Britiville, LLC, Britiville Entertainment Group and its Subsidiaries 30th St Releasing, Britiville Consumer Products, BritiBliss Animation House & Britiville Experiences.Under the terms of the transaction, will allow WOM to provide more appealing high-quality content and entertainment options to meet our consumer demand; increase its international footprint; and expand its direct-to-consumer offerings, which will include Britiville+.Finally as part of the acquisition on June 21 2023 Britiville, LLC completed the spin-off of a portfolio for Haus Blk, LLC Adult brand forming its own stand alone company which has no connection to WOM or the new Britiville.Haus Blk will have complete control of the “Briti Black” character & adult brand along with all of the content, copyrights and licenses including certain other assets and liabilities.Former General Council Attorney Kiara Harris, esq will be leaving and will become Acting President of Haus Blk, LLC.You can visit Haus Blk, LLC Here
